ERA ERP
ERA ERP is a web-based business management system for small and medium companies. One sign-in gives the team its clients and contact persons, a sales pipeline, quotations, tax invoices and receipt vouchers (bilingual English/Arabic PDFs), payments, expenses and finance accounts, projects with tasks and costs, and financial and sales reports, with access controlled by role (owner, administrator, finance, sales manager, salesperson, project manager, employee, read-only auditor) and every change recorded in an audit log.

Google Drive backups
Every night ERA ERP makes a backup of its own database, encrypts it (AES-256) on the server, and can
keep an off-site copy in the Google Drive of the company owner. To switch this on, the owner opens
Settings → Backups inside ERA ERP and presses Connect Google Drive. Google then asks for one permission only:
to see and manage only the files this app creates (the drive.file permission).
On Google's consent screen this feature is named ERA ERP Backups.
- The app creates a folder named ERA ERP Backups and uploads its encrypted backup files into it.
- It lists the backup files it uploaded itself, and removes the oldest of them so the newest 30 are kept.
- To restore, the owner downloads a backup file from that folder and decrypts it with the company's passphrase.
- It cannot see, open, change or delete any other file in the Google Drive.
- The owner can disconnect at any time in Settings → Backups or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Access
ERA ERP is used by invitation: accounts are created by the company's administrator, and everything inside the system requires a username and password. There is no public sign-up.
