Terms of Service

ERA ERP · Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses ERA ERP (the "service"), made and operated by Digital Era, the trade name of MUSTAFA ALI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (E-Trader licence 1518902, Dubai DED), Al Hamidiya 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("we"). "Customer" means the company that uses the service, and "user" means a person given an account by the customer. By signing in you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by the customer's administrator. Each account is for one person and must not be shared.
  • Users keep their passwords secret and tell their administrator, or us, immediately about any unauthorised use.
  • The customer is responsible for who it gives access to, for the role given to each user, and for everything done under its accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including false invoices or records;
  • send spam or messages to people who asked not to be contacted, or use contact data against UAE law;
  • try to access data, accounts or parts of the service you were not given, or test, probe or break its security;
  • upload malware, or overload, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

3. Customer data

Data entered into the service belongs to the customer. The customer is responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store and use it, including personal data of its clients and contacts. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Backups

Nightly backups, including the optional copy in the customer's own Google Drive, are a convenience feature. We take reasonable care to run them, but we do not guarantee that every backup succeeds or can be restored. The customer remains responsible for its data: keeping the backup passphrase safe, checking that backups arrive, keeping its own copies of important records, and keeping its Google Drive connected. A lost passphrase means the backups cannot be decrypted.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; we will not remove core features a customer pays for without reasonable notice.

6. Fees

Fees, if any, are those agreed in the customer's quotation or invoice. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension after notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees the customer paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

8. Suspension and termination

  • The customer can stop using the service at any time by telling us.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, threatens the security of the service, or is not paid.
  • After termination, the customer can ask for an export of its data within 30 days; after that the data may be deleted, except where the law requires us to keep it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
